Chose these deliberately since they are oil-based so I hoped they would be waterproof and not smudge etc. for rock painting. They work brilliantly and are quick-drying. My 11-year-old daughter used them to decorate two large pebbles - they both came out great. And any mistakes can be easily rectified by simply painting/colouring over the mistake. They are strong, bold colours and provide hours of amusement. Kept her off her Ipad for half a day during half term at least!The only issue was they came without instructions - but we found a tutorial for 'rock painting with oil based paint pens' on Youtube. So we just followed that. You basically just have to be patient, after shaking the pen, and pressing it firmly in the paper, when waiting for the ink to flow through the nib. As long as you wait for the colour to saturate the nib, and then be sure to put the lid on afterwards you can't really go wrong! We'll now try other things like glass and perspex. I think we invested in a good brand. They seem like a good quality of pen with a decent enough range of colours.

Got round to using these for the first time today, and they are great. I’m making reward jars for my children that I can fill with marbles, and wanted to colour in blocks to show the different levels, and also write words on the glass too. They were easy to use and dried quickly. Their versatility is good too as I’ll be able to use them for painting stones too. Good value for money! Really good seller too with emails checking on how I was finding the product and giving use and storage tips too, so the email was personalised for what I purchased rather than being generic. I was quite charmed by their emails so I’ll buy from them again if I need anything as I want to support small businesses such as them. like these pens. I had hoped they'd last a little longer and sometimes they take a few coats but overall, a good finish

Really great quality, especially for the price! The colours are very vibrant and the legs are easy to use. The nib is nice and chunky but if you make sure there's not a lot of paint coming through it you can get a finer result. They arrived quickly as well, very much recommended.

I bought these for writing on the plexiglass of a picture frame. I was only after white, but when I saw this pack for just the little over the price of some of the other individual pens, I thought they were worth a shot. I was really impressed. They write really nicely, and there is a great selection of colours in the box. It takes a little while to get the ink flowing, but once it does, they give really good coverage. Happy I bought these!

I bought these pens with the sole purpose of decorating mugs at my daughters birthday party. I'd done some research and found that oil based permanent markers were the best thing for the job. I came across these pens whilst browsing, and decided to give them a whirl as they seemed better value for money compared to other brands, and I was only thinking we would use them once so didn't want to spend too much money. I will however be using these again as they were fantastic pens, which were really easy for the girls to use. I can't wait now to research other ways to use them.

Bought for a school project. Most worked well once we got the hang of it. Silver and gold didn't really paint very well and left a few streaks, but overall for the price they did the job.

I got these for my 12 year old daughter. She loves to paint and these are great for the smaller details. They are also excellent for painting rocks!

These pens work really well, I used them to make my truck window sticker "Gadsden Don't Tread On Me" snake a RAINBOW PRIDE colored snake. Sorry for the bad picture, reflection in the glass and my coloring job was a bit shaky, but so far the colors have stayed on very well. They were easy to apply and I think each pen must have a large amount of paint in them. They do need to be shaken quite well and pressed down on the point a few times to get the paint flowing. Over all I would say they are worth the money.
