Nice and firm.
So far so good, it is quite firm, but that's what I hoped for. Make sure you have a 5mm hex bit with an extension and a drill for assembly, it comes with hand tools but they will take a while to use.

Be on the alert for visible damaged box packaging.
Great love seat however box packaging very weak and susceptible to breaks in it and possible product damage.

stylish but not practical
The loveseat is very stylish and fits our small room perrfetly, however, it is not very comfortable for lounging and watching tv for a longer period of time. It is a perfect size for a child to lay down, but definetly not an adult. It is also very tall off the ground so sitting is uncofortable a bit for a shorter individial. I like it because it looks pretty in the room and it's a nightmare to try and return an online purchase but I would not recomend it if you are planning to use it everyday.

Do not purchase!
I liked the style, placed in a spare bedroom where it liked great. It sat for months before I ever used it. After sitting on it 3 times, it collapsed. The front left leg basically fell off. There was very little support to begin with, the leg was barely attached..a very flawed design.Also, customer service seems non existent. Don’t waste your money.

Broke right away
Item arrived incredibly late and had to talk to support to find it. As soon as I received the item, the thin piece of plywood holding the leg snapped in half and I can't even use the legs now unless I want to rip it apart and reinforce it myself... It's a nice looking couch but you get what you pay for.
