A Blender that makes everything from hot soups to ice cream along with smoothies ,cocktails and sauces.It is so powerful it will blend small fruit seeds smooth making it ideal for seedless jam and drinks whilst still giving you the fibre. It is large and weighty but because it doubles for so many other appliances it will probably give you more overall storage space.Good for sorting out lumpy gravy or custard etc. The more you use it the more useful it becomes.

Great blender brilliant for smoothies particularly pulverising kale and vegetables. But at a hefty pricetag.

We just bought this machine and a) it looks awesome, and b) it performs. Super slick, we are big fans of the A2500i - worth noting that this is the i version which is a little confusing (I think in the US they leave the i off the name). We bought some of the accessories like the smoothie cups and the smaller bowls - these take getting used to - the blade on the add on base is smaller and not able to handle things like the main blade, so you have to break things up a bit more and we are finding that you need to have more liquid than usual to make it go smoothly. But overall it's amazing.

This is the real deal when it comes to blending!We have always been a "nutri-something or other" kind of family and thought that was where it was at. Sadly, those had a tendency of the motor burning out and perhaps more annoying, the bearing in the blades wearing out. After two blenders and five replacement blade sets, I think it is safe to say that I had had enough.After some research, we settled on this model as it is on the cheaper side but also had plenty of good reviews.BLENDING - If you are switching over from a cheaper product like we did, you will notice the difference immediately. I remember avoiding a too much fibre in my smoothies before because of the gunk that would rise to the top. Always made me think of pond scum for some reason...With this, there is none of that. The blender will make short work of that and the consistency is silky smooth. On the rare occasion it is not, I just blitz it again (top tip for green smoothies, to decrease separation of the liquid when left to stand, just add a tablespoon of chia seeds! You're welcome).NOISE - This baby is loud! But then it needs to be to do the work it does. It won't make you deaf and you can stand next to it as you blend but you will be aware of the noise.CLEANING - Simple enough to clean. I thought it would take me longer to clean than the other brands I alluded to but if it does, it is marginally so. I mostly just rinse it with warm water and a cleaning sponge or soft brush.SERVICE - Very good! So a month after buying this it wouldn't blend a smoothie I was making (spoiler alert - I added too much stuff!), so I went online to their chat via the Amazon page and the guy on the other end was super helpful. Also, he didn't make me feel like a fool for overloading it, just calmly talked me through it. So if you find it stops for any reason. Just empty it, put some water in and try again. If it works, you know that you have put too much in or the blending setting is not suitable.

It worked fine for a while, about 2 weeks. Now we can’t use it because the blender doesn’t read or recognize the jar when we try to place it on top. Have tried everything, switching on off, changing the plug-in point etc. Three dashes appear on the panel and it remains there…..sometimes an error E 17 or E18 appears and that’s it. This is very disappointing, after having paid such an amount!

AS expected, brilliant - even better than my old one (which lasted 17 years). Very much like the new shape, the pre-set programmes and new lid. Using it almost daily. Very pleased and worth the money.

agonised for a long time about this purchase as, left's face it, it's really expensive for a blender. Previous one was one of the best mid range blenders which I'd had for 3 years and was 1/4 of the price. But it gets used at minimum daily, for smoothies, sauces and hummus etc and every now and again made a funny noise so decided to go for it based on the longevity and warranty mainlyWell, I thought my other one was fine until I tried this! Green smoothies are completely smooth, even when they have tough veg and seeds in, hummus is smoother, there's absolutely no issue with frozen stuff and whole family is addicted to basil lemonade!It's lost one star for 'cleaning' as making hummus is a pain to get the hummus out from around the blades, so takes a lot of scraping around

Update after 10 monthsWhat an amazing machine and a company behind it. I noticed a crack on my jug and called Vitamix. To my surprise, they simply sent me a replacement. No questions, no bickering. A very customer centric approach to ensure satisfaction. The rep also told me how much warranty I have left (9 whole years). After this experience, if Vitamix decided to double their price, I would still recommend them. Goes to show that North America can still produce fine quality products while remaining true to their values. Kudos to the entire company.Super awesome product. I have only used it for two weeks but it is in a category of its own. No other blenders can come close to the quality which this product offers. Expensive but worth every penny.

Mostruosamente potente. Non adatto per farsi un frullato la mattina presto. Sembra di avviare un jet 😅Davvero un ottimo prodotto, ho preso anche il boccale ed i piccoli contenitori. Ho già fatto:- frullati di frutta- frullati di frutta surgelata- paté (di olive, mandorle, sesamo, Lino, ...)- crema di peperoni caldaLo consiglio assolutamente, è un ottimo prodotto e vale ogni centesimo.Ps ho anche io sentito inizialmente un odore di plastica bruciata (molto leggero) ma sta piano piano sparendo e non mi crea problemi.Ottimo anche poter lavare velocemente i contenitori con un goccio di acqua e detersivo ed avviando il jet 💣

First and foremost this blender is nothing short of AMAZING! It seriously blew my mind. I don’t know about you but product hype often times ruines it for me. I get so excited about a product and then it falls short and doesn’t meet my high expectations. I assure you, that will not happen with this Vitamix!My previous blender was a Nutri bullet and the Vitamix puts it to shame! Before, I had no idea I could blend pomegranate seeds and black berry seeds into a smoothie without a grainy texture. I thought that just came with using fresh fruit, but nope, that’s simply not true—you just need a good blender. It completely pulverizes any and everything I’ve added into a beautifully smooth liquid. I can finally add celery to my juices without having to miserably choke it down. For high fiber fruits/veggies I suggest running the Vitamix on 2 preset smoothie cycles to further break down the fiber and produce silky smooth results.There are several complaints about not being able to make smaller portioned smoothies. I have had 0 trouble making 16 oz smoothies for myself, but for me that’s a single serving smoothie/juice. I think the trick is to add more liquid to a smaller smoothie/juice so the thick plant fiber can continuously move without getting stuck on the sides. When you’re making a smoothie for multiple people you can forgo some of the extra liquid and make a thicker smoothie/juice if you prefer. You’ll have a higher volume of fruit/veggies so it won’t get stuck on the sides as easily because there will be more to move around.The soup setting is amazing. For quick dinners I love adding left over roasted veggies with liquid and some herbs. I set it and boom, a hot dinner in minutes! I didn’t think I’d use that setting but once you experience how awesome it is you’ll be hooked too.Cleanup is a breeze! A drop of dawn, a 1/2 full pitcher of warm water, start the smoothie preset setting, rinse and dry off. It can’t get much easier than that! Once a week I blend water and vinegar to clean and then let it sit for 10 minutes to get rid of any mineral build up on the blades. It works perfectly and it’s super quick. Just clean it immediately after every use and never let a smoothie/juice sit in there and you won’t have any problems cleaning it.If you want a new blender go for this one! It’s worth every single penny!!
