I purchased this steamer over the weekend to use primarily for business travel. I was a bit sceptical but thought I would try it out given the fact I normally only travel with one suit and hoped it would make my evenings easier by removing the hassle of wrestling with the iron board in my hotel room (if there even is one!) after long day of travelling. I took the steamer out this morning and set about removing the wrinkles from my shirt and freshen up my suit. I really CANNOT believe how well it worked! I was able to get the wrinkles out of my trousers and creases out of my shirt with the minimum of effort.I’m seriously considering purchasing another, that way I'd have one to keep in my travel bag, whilst I use the other at home instead of having to pull out the iron and ironing board every time I want to freshen up a shirt, t-shirt or a pair of trousers. Another plus is how easy it is to use, you can even steam your clothes directly on the hangers.I would finally add that the steamer works extremely well with garments that are lying flat, sometimes achieving even better results than on clothes that are hanging up. This item is great value and simple to use, you really can’t go wrong! Highly recommended.

Lovely for kids clothes as they are small however the water doesn't last I have to keep a big water bottle to keep filling & cable quite short so can't steam all the way up my curtains

It does the job, heats up fast and is easy to use. Just be careful it can drip quite a bit and it seems to get through a lot of water but as I don't often need to steam clothes, this will do.

I am really pleased with this purchase. The steamer is well designed, and easy to hold and use. I did not experience any dripping in either vertical or horizontal use. It will not replace my big sturdy steam iron, but it is absolutely perfect for when I want to quickly get the creases out of a garment. It will also accompany me on trips when I know I will need an iron. It is ready to use in less than half a minute - in that time I would not even have set up my ironing board, let alone heated the iron. I would not want a longer (and with that, heavier) cord - on the rare occasion when I want to straighten curtains, I can use an extension cord.

It looked like doing the trick: portable and quite powerful. But it just stopped working six months ago for no reason that I can see. Disappointing.

I bought this steamer to replace a proper shop steamer I had previously to save space as I don't need it all that often. I was surprised how powerful this little thing is, not that much different from the standing steamer. It's light to hold and easy to manoeuvre. The water container is tiny but gives a good 10 minutes of steaming and heats up really quickly. The only think I would change is to have a longer power cord, you have to be quite near the power source which can be tricky. Overall excellent and definitely worth the money.

Very good when it works

What a top product! I love it! I wasn’t too sure when I ordered it but I am so pleased with it now that I have tested it. It’s a lifesaver too. I love silk clothing and this makes it so easy to keep them looking lovely and soft. It is quick, and no more need to get the old iron out only to make a mess with delicates when water drips all over them. Plus I can travel with it - a great bonus!
