The biggest joke about this product is being a water heater it does not heats up the water... And a bigger joke is that company representative when logged a complaint says this heater is this way only there is no issue with heater.... Are you guys serious and cannot even return the product 10 days have passed... Never ever buy this product.... Pathetic so called geyser

This model is not worth buying, Will give you hot water only if you keep water low to small drops level..Hahaha...it actually struggles to deliver continuous hot water, when I called for Racold service guy he told me that this model rating is 3KW, if you want continuous hot water then buy above 4.5KW rated water heater. My Rating is Half Star....

Got it for 3599 (Price was high). Packaging was good. Works fine as I am able to get continuous hot water.Had to buy two pipes for 250. When called customer care for installation they said that the technician will charge 400 for the pipes and 300 for labor. I got it installed by a local plumber at a very less charge.

I still have a Racold 3.0KW storage water heater at home from back in 2002(The heater core was changed twice but still good service till date) so it was decided it would be Racold again but instant model. I purchased the 4.5KW model during lightning deal. It is truly an instant water heater, water gets hot really quickly.It also has auto cut off feature post a certain amount of time. Two lights are there like a dial(I thought display was there but NO) the red light would go out post cut off. Blue light remains on always. The racold person called post delivery of item but my bathroom plumbing and electrical work was not yet done. So I had to ask him if we could do it ourselves and he said ok(installation is chargeable anyways via company) The heater does not come with child parts for fitment and has to be purchased seperately (like most appliances these days). So 16A plug, hot and cold tubes and fitment items you have to procure(just a heads up). If you buy in advance you can escape from absurd overpricing during installation. Happy customer for now.Note : Will update review after 6 months.

DONT BUY ANY PRODUCT OF RACOLD.I bought this geyser via Amazon and it stopped working after 3 months of use. When I tried to contact the racold customer care , they are such a piss off , firstly the customer care number is chargeable , secondly they don't answer to your query, they have stereotype answers like -we will resolve as soon as we can. It's been a month I had lodged a complaint via customer care call and also emailed them. What's the use of such companies who act as lame ducks when any complaint arises. I strongly advise NOT to buy any product from RACOLD.

Value for money is zero. I spent totally 650/- extra, for inlet and outlet pipes, cable is just half meter with out 3pin and installation, where we can't do self. Need to call outside plumber and he is charging 200/- total 850/- spent extra. Nothing is provided by retailer. Started using from yesterday,need to see the performance. It is taking initially 4 min to get hot and later water temperature is nominal. Winter and rainy season will take more time to get hot water

Even after 7 days of delivery, no one bothered to install it. Today I called up the number listed on their website and I was told to register my service request on a toll number (1860 number). There is a whatsapp number but it’s managed by a bot written by some dumb. I was also told that if I install it on my own, the warranty would get nullified. These folks should be taken to court and made to pay penal damages.

After few day it's red light off. When it stalled that time both light working but with in few days red light not work.
