Apple really likes to steal your money for no reason. Don't let them.MoKo has made a seriously nice clear plastic case with a built-in smart cover which protects my new iPad (Mar 2017 edition) perfectly while adding functionality to it. The outside of the case's cover is a rubbery material and the inside is a very sheer (albeit a little rough) microfiber fabric material. The plastic shell is lightweight but sturdy to the point where I feel like if I dropped my ipad from 5ft off the ground, it'd end up totally ok. The holes for the headphone jack, microphone, camera, power button, volume buttons, and lighting port might not line up perfectly, but they're fairly accurate and provide plenty of space for function without leaving too much space for damage to occur.I want to stress that Apple's cover and case are sold separately at $40 and $60 respectively, costing you $100 to cover your ipad. In fact, Apple doesn't even provide cases for the new 2017 iPad yet. Moko has provided an $8 full solution that provides (in my opinion) even better protection. Buying this cover was a no brainer, and I couldn't be happier with the product.

I ordered this MoKo case after two frustrating experiences with the ESR case (review posted). I have had this case for close on 3 months now. The case is holding up fairly well, compared to the breaking off of the ESR cases. This is a hard plasticky case with a softer trifold cover. Contrary to the experiences of some of the other reviewers, I did not find the case to be slippery. I have a tempered glass screen protector on my iPad and did not have any difficulty in snapping it in the back cover nor in the fit of the closure of the top cover. I also have no reservations about the “feel” or “look” of the hard translucent back cover. Although my iPad is gold, I ordered the black case to avoid possible grimy prints on the case. I find that the gold looks nice thru the translucent back cover. The trifold top cover has a soft lining and it does not leave any marks on my iPad screen. Contrary to my experiences with the ESR covers, I find that this MoKo cover does not attract lint. The magnet is still going strong and the iPad stays propped up nicely in both the display as well as the keyboard positions. The sleep/wake function works effectively as advertised. My single quibble with this cover is that a small piece of the hard cover just broke off— not because the iPad was dropped nor because it banged or rubbed anything else. No, like a withered leaf, a piece just dropped off the top left corner of the cover. I sincerely hope that no further pieces will be discarded from the cover. I will post an update to this review if that happens.

Every now and then you buy something cheap and are actually impressed how well built and high quality the product is. This case is one of those items. I bought this case for my mom's ipad and I just needed some kind of protection, nothing fancy and definitely nothing expensive. Then I bought this case for a couple of bucks and I gotta say I would be impressed even if I bought it at 3 times the price I paid. To be honest, there is nothing spectacular to this case but it is everything you'd expect from a great quality case. It looks great, it feels great, it's light, it's cut perfectly...in other words, just because it's cheap no corners were cut when it was being made. I definitely recommend this product!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Material is beautiful. Matte rose gold and on the back is hard case as I wanted( In my opinion jelly case are more hard to clean) .Have also some magnetic features, so the case doesn’t open by itself.

After trying other brands either for iPhone or iPad I’ve always been extremely disappointed. I searched for a few weeks for a case before I opened my iPad. (I’m horrible at not dropping my things) this is why I chose this brand, and company. Great customer service and great high quality materials!Absolutely fabulous at doing the job. I got a brand new iPad, and this one has protected the device better than I thought. I ordered 1 and received 2 as a sample. The color is true to the picture and perfect for the price. In fact, I was surprised it wasn’t higher in price due to high quality materials.After having this case for a few months, it’s still in tact, and love it!The left side where it snaps on the the device has broken off, only due to me dropping it. Other than that the material is sturdy! The soft velvet on the inside is my favorite part as it doesn’t scratch the screen and in fact seems to clean the screen off. Maybe by accident but I’ll take it !The magnetic flap works wonders when I need to prop my iPad up.10/10 recommend!

Fits the new 2017 ipad like a glove. I don't know why a few reviewers insisted on it being "cheap". I don't think it looks cheap, unless those people expected fine leather and gold engraving from a $8 (including shipping) case. This cover fits perfectly and works really well. I got the navy blue color and it looks really nice and a standout from the usual blacks and grays. The back cover is hard plastic that protects the ipad completely and is translucent, so you can see the Apple logo (for those who insist on displaying their brand superiority). I am really happy buying this case. It's a gift and is very well received.

I am so pleased with this new case for my iPad. It fits well and looks classy, and sleek. I love the magnetic front. It never falls open when I carry my iPad, or just turn it over. It’s ability to stand up on it’s own isn’t adjustable like the much more expensive cover I purchased, directly from Apple, nor does the front have a keyboard built into it, HOWEVER...I hade that case for less than a year before it started failing me in more than one area and my warranty was long since over. At least if this one lets me down, I will be able to replace it without having to run up my credit card!

I bought this purely because of the colour and also the sleep mode function. When it arrived I was a little disappointed at first as I thought it would not be strong enough to withstand it breaking if dropped. However, as soon as I fixed in my iPad I realised that it was more than adequate and I would certainly advise anyone to buy it. I loved the sleep mode idea. It’s great when you just open it up and the iPad is ‘on’. Please be careful though of the inside of the front cover. I normally don’t eat anything when I’m using my iPad but not long after I bought it I was eating a chocolate biscuit and a tiny piece, unknown to me at the time, had fallen onto the inside front cover. When I opened it up the following day I tried to clean it with a slightly damp cloth but it has still left a mark. My fault entirely but be warned - don’t eat while using iPad! I was so annoyed with myself as I never normally do this. It is such a good buy and I am so pleased with it.

I’m not sure if the version I received was different to other reviewers but I can’t say this is worth the money. I’ve had a number of similar copies of the Apple Smart Cover (for older iPads) and this is the worst I’ve ever had. The cover is really bulky and doesn’t fold properly to provide a stand. It feels cheap and nasty and is a sort of fake leather effect.

I recently bought a new iPad and needed a nice looking case without spending a fortune. I like the three section front cover as it means you can just lift one section up when you are charging to see how long to go. When you close the cover it fits well, some covers you have to jiggle a bit to line it up to go to sleep mode. I didn't think I was going to like the see through back but I do. Its not slippy even when your hands are a bit warm. Also, my iPad feels secure not as if if it could pop out.

Product eventually arrived after going missing for a week or so. Not as good quality as the moko case that was being replaced as a few sharp edges in places at cut- outs. Doesn’t stand very well with cover folded. Now use a phone stand.Altogether though ok for the price.

Just what I wanted for my iPad is stylish and sturdy and does the job well . Speedy delivery and great value for money.
