BodyGuardz - Ace Pro Case for iPhone Xr, Extreme Impact and Scratch Protection (Clear/White)

It provides the Unequal elastomeric cushion in the surround, it has a good grip that is not slippery, and it is fairly low profile and very flexible for putting on/off the phone. I did not hesitate to order this case for my XR, based on my good experience with that one. This case, for the iPhone XR, is very sturdy, it also offers the elastomeric cushioning for drops, and I do not doubt its ability to protect the phone in most extreme situations.With that said, this case is very thick in every dimension, adding an extra 1/4 inch around. That might not sound like much, but it makes the phone very bulky in the hand. This case is also very smooth, and it lacks texture on all surfaces. The clear plastic back is glossy and slippery, and the surround is smooth, with nothing for one's hand to grip, like the iPhone 7 case has. The grip provided by this case is not a huge improvement over the very slippery iPhone body.I occasionally take my phone out of the case to use in a digiscope adapter, and this XR case is fairly rigid. I have to spend more time working it in and out of the case, which is not a deal breaker, but you might want to consider it.Now for the buttons: this case has molded plastic buttons that cover the phone buttons. From their appearance, they look like the company made an attempt to make them flexible, but they are not. I have a very difficult time with all, and the side button, so often used with the newer phones, is almost impossible to press. I'm a fairly big man, and I would caution a smaller person about this feature.To summarize, I like the protection of this case, but that is the extent of it. It is too large, too slippery in the hand, and too rigid for easy use. I am looking for a different case.

This is the perfect clear case for my phone. It offers great protection but I can still show off the coral color I got when I got my XR. I had a clear case from another brand, and while I liked the protection that case offered, I went through a couple of them because the plastic turned yellow. So far this one is still crystal clear. Only complaint would be the silence switch is a bit tricky to flip as it is deeply set in the case but it’s not too big if a deal.

Love these phone cases. Have had many iPhone vs concrete interaction without any kind of damage. I personally recommend ZAGG screen protection with it. Register your product and they will replace any damage for a lifetime (I have had to do this a couple of times. Only pay for shipping 5.99)

This is a great case for the price. I’ve dropped it a few times with no damage.

Great case! Slim and light. Only complaint is that I’ve had the pink for 7 months and it is VERY discolored and can not be cleaned. I think the plastic just gets black.

My husband got for his XS in clear and I loved the look and feel on his phone so I bought for my XR. it makes the phone a little bigger but isn’t noticeable now that I’ve been using it for about a month, only when I take it off, which I don’t do very often.

This is one of the best cases you can get. I’ve had one for years and just got another for my girlfriend’s new iPhone. Not clunky like other cases and super durable. A worthy purchase.
