Krill oil is more bioavailable (more easily absorbed) than fish oil and has another beneficial ingredient (Astaxanthin-reduces joint pain, raises blood flow, improves heart health) that fish oil does not. Plus, no fishy aftertaste. My Eye Doctor agrees it is the better supplement for high cholesterol.

I prefer the smaller pill version of this but still easy to take for me. I don’t eat any seafood and my hairdresser said it shows so I take this to help as well with my cholesterol. It tastes like vanilla weirdly enough. I haven’t noticed that it gives me energy. My cholesterol has gone down so this could have helped but who knows with supplements.

I have switched from fish oil to krill oil and find it seems to be more beneficial

My only issue with these, and I know it's not Amazon's fault) is that the caplets are leaking. They're a mess and the inside of the bottles are too. The oil gets all over your hands and whatever surface you lay them. There's usually a puddle of the oil in the bottom of the bottle. Then your hands smell like fish. Yuck!

These are great the dosage space for itself, and the well worth of mine

Easy to digest with no bad taste. So far works well. Right amount to intake.
