This grease container is beautiful. First, the lid and container are both filled with 90 degree corners. 90 degree corners.. what? It turns out that these corners give you grip on something inherently slippery. You never thought of that huh? It will keep you from dropping it! The strainer has a super fine mesh...wow! It catches all the bits and pieces. Where's I go one step further and grab a drip coffee filter to place on top. Why? Because I am lazy. Just grab the used coffee filter that has the bacon bits and toss it in the trash. Easy peasy! The mint green is a delight to see on my stove. It's beautiful! My uncle used to cook Chinese food and he would always start the morning by putting pork fat into a wok and creating the cooking fat for the day. Now, I know where the flavor came from. ‘This grease holder is very attractive, and I like the wide mouth, making it easy to fill. However, the strainer mesh is so fine that if the grease is at all set up, the pour is very slow going. I was transferring some bacon grease that I had saved in another container. If next time I pour the grease in while it is still hot, it may be a different story.

Love the way this container looks. It’s also very functional! The mesh strainer is helpful to catch left over pieces and makes my grease very clean.

The strainer mesh is very fine so not particles drip through and it’s super easy to wash and rinse so it’s always clean. Love the fact that it’s larger and wide so easy to scoop grease out. Did I mentioned it’s also very cute.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Need more in different colours for different drippings. My bacon grease is SO CLEAN! Husband made fun of me for secretly purchasing- because he thought our old mason jar was just fine.. he now wants more too! Easy to clean the metal filter part too- just rinse with hot water after straining.

It works well and cleans easily. Also, it’s the perfect size.

Works fine though I do wish it was a little smaller as it does take up a bit of real-estate on my stove.
