Q: Where do you get the crystals to swap in the necklace please?

Not sure you can, I’ve looked and only can see them available with necklace. Would be great if gems were available.

Don’t know, wish I did. You would have to buy the whole thing again I think in a different stone.

Q: Is anyone having any issues with the clasp on the locket?

Yes...I had to re bend the top bit so that the bail would stay on.and thus the chain too.... when I finally managed to open the clasp on 'locket" to look at the chakra stone piece indide...it was in two pieces! So glad I looked at it before wrapping it up as it was a birthday pressie for a friend. Glued, pliered (🤣) I wrapped it and gave it.

Q: Is the crystal made of crystal?

Yes it is a real crystal gemstone. I was dubious, considering the price. But it is! Am so happy with mine.
