Batman Mask of the Phantasm/Batman & Mr. Freeze: SubZero-2 Film Collection [Blu-ray]

Disc ran fine without issue. While "Mask of the Phantasm" is the best of the Tim verse movies, I still have a soft spot for "Batman & Mr. Freeze: Sub Zero" in how it gives Mr.Freeze a proper conclusion. Both films still hold up really well, with the CG elements impressive for its time and are used sparingly. No Batman collection is complete without these two and they were well worth the price.

The packaging was great but we haven't watched these movies yet

This is the best Batman Animated movies of the 90s. I recommend this on Bluray over DVD better sound and better picture.

Easily 2 of my all time favorite movies growing up, glad I get to enjoy them again

Growing up in the 90s Batman: TAS was an essential part of after school cartoon viewing, and here we are many years later and I realized that I had never seen either of these. Was a nice throwback to the days after school, and you can never go wrong with Conroy, Hamill, and Dana Delaney, as well as other amazing voice actors!

I liked the audio and the resolution. I'm glad they put the movies on blu-ray.

Item arrived quickly and as described

The discs were filled with scratches and smudges. I wiped a lot away but we'll see if they play no problem. The packaging i could tell was a rewrap. Pretty sure this was not new.

Once and a while, art evolves into a higher form... first was the art of Leonardo DaVinci, the second was Andy Warhol Campbell Soup... then for a long time nothing happened...Enter Batman Mask of the Phantasm. I know this may come across as an biased film review, but Batman Mask of the Phantasm is still the best Batman, nay, Superhero movie, that we as humanity ever created.From the outstanding operatic musical score- the spanning over Gotham or the hinted reveal of Batman- this movie definitely delivers on the gothic aspect of the caped crusader.Conroy (Batman) gives a Shakespearean twist on Bruce Wayne’s voice and delivery- depth of guilt and emotions Batman faces during this adventure is unparalleled to any other Batman in this medium.Finally, the animation gives the feel of a true Batman story. It’s incredibly dark and takes its time with the mystery of the new character presented. Sometimes characters disappear in mist, which strangely doesn’t break in the realism this film presents. It’s almost otherworldly when this happens and relates directly to the comics sense of logic of “oh, Batman is mysterious and terrifying to bad guys.” Perhaps it’s the magic of animation that makes this film seem so real.Seriously this movie came out 1993 in theatres and is STILL the best movie to come out about Batman and the fact that he punches baddies in the face.Also I guess there is the other movie, Subzero, which is another Batman film.Highly recommend!

Enjoyable like the BTAS!

Great movies must watch for any Batman fans.

Some of the best batman movies hands down if you haven't see these what are you waiting for.
