This is the real thing - exact OEM replacement part. Had it delivered to my door in 3 days after I ordered it. I had it installed in fifteen minutes. Nice to have the hole in the ceiling covered. BAD COMPANY AND ITEM
Item was junk and dealing with the company was even worse. we got the item did not work so sent it back and now they won’t refund us.

when you install the part do not over-tighten the screws otherwise anchor points could break.
Very simple install after installing new heater for the same exhaust fan setup for my customer.
