Broke down
I bought this unit because my Granpa has the same brand and it was supposed to be very efficient. After approximately 1 month maybe a month and a half it stopped blowing cool air and because where I live I can't get an HVAC out for over a month so I'm stuck dealing with HIGH heat and no AC. I don't know what the problem is but from what I can figure out it's probably the refrigerant. Either there was not enough or there's a leak in the unit. The line conections were tested and no leak there. I rechecked them when I realized it wasn't blowing cold still no leaks. I should have took the reviews more seriously. Find another brand might save u a big headache in the future.

Works great
Just got it installed today. Arrived in great shape. Easy install. Had the ac guy put it under a vacuum and make the final connection on the copper lines. It is winter and the heat pump works great.

Good Value But.....
Thermostat settings (digital) are a far cry from accurate. Set AC at 78 to get room to 68.

Terrible product, terrible service
I have two heads and a compressor. We have had issues since 2 months after these were installed, brand new. I am 26 months into owning these pieces of garbage and have spent over a grand trying to get them working again. The technician has been on multiple calls with Aircon and they just guess at things to replace. So far, they have replaced the motherboard for the compressor and the control board for one of the heads and it is still broken. Now the Aircon contact is refusing to help anymore. DO NOT BUY THESE!
