One of the most important mineral you could want to take. Very pleasant too

This is not pure black salt, this is pink salt with black salt in it....
To use this to gain the flavour desired you need to oversalt your dishes to the point they are inedible. I have had pure black Himalayan salt before and it was not a mix of pink and black/brown grains. I will not purchase this again.
