Food Combining Made Easy Chart

This is a large chart being at 18" x 24". I love the size. It is easy to read and the graphics are great. I have it on my kitchen wall and you cannot miss it nor do you have a problem in reading it from a distance. There is no better chart out there like this one. It is a vegetarian, vegan and plant based food combining chart. No dairy, animal or processed foods are found on this chart. I had this chart for 6 years and just ordered three more to give to my friends/family members. If you want to eat healthy and ensure you receive the full nutrients possible and get the proper enzymes to digest your foods, then this chart is for you. Flatulance is a thing of the past for me as well as having stomach problems. Have not felt as healthy or nutrient satisfied as I do now ever before in my life. I commend the authors for a well researched out chart that allows me to combine foods for better digestion and nutrient absorbtion. Thank you!

This chart fits perfectly on my wall, and is easy to reference.The writing is a little small, making it a little hard to read, but the information is fabulous.If in doubt, get one - it is worth it!

Bought for my son's family which includes teenagers who like to cook. They got into too much fast food and needed to get back to basics. They all love it!

It is a very expensive product, $10 for a laminated sheet of paper, but it sure is handy if you can put magnets on it an keep it right on the refrigerator

The intersection at sweet fruits & palm fruits,number 3 and Succlent foods-tomatoes number 8 , is not rated. So is it a good combo or not? Other than than do like the chart and the size. Its easy to read and looks good on the wall.

Die Grafik ist übersichtlich, leicht verständlich und brauchbar. Es handelt sich um einen laminierten Papierdruck/Poster. Das einzige was ich bemängeln würde ist die Größe. Deshalb vergebe ich auch nur 4 Sterne. Ich hatte die Amerikanischen Maße überlesen und war am Anfang etwas enttäuscht. Aber ich habe noch einen Platz in der Küche gefunden und benütze es sehr gerne.
