436 buttercrisp orchid vegan nail polish

I'm not sure if I got an old bottle or what but it won't dry completely. I've tried drying drops, a fast drying top coat, made sure to use a good base coat and let it dry before applying and waiting hours without touching anything and they still get messed up. I even requested a replacement but they issued a refund instead. I buy lots of different polishes but won't buy this one again. I've done my nails with this color 3 times and every time I have, it still won't dry completely no matter what I do so I took it off and threw it away.

I bought this color for my dogs and it stayed on them really well. It was a very pretty color for the fall.
