Thera Pearl Ankle and Wrist Wrap with Strap, Blue

Barely half of the mask has "pearls" in it, rest is air. The product is so puffed that it does not even contact with both eyes, only one eye gets the contact when you push all pearls on one side.

I intended to use this primarily as a cold wrap around the knees (for reducing pain after surgery).I have two major complaints against this product.The "pearls" that is used for filling doesn't get as cold as some of the other cold packs which we have and quickly returns to room temperature. Hardly useful beyond using a cucumber from the fridge.The number of pearls in each of the packets is very sparse.....maybe an artefact of cost cutting.Wouldn't recommend this product to anyone looking for serious pain control.Instead go for some blue gel based cold pack gel which remains liquid even after freezing.

Pearls are very less in the pouch, so am not able to use it and i feel its not working, i try to return it but no option at all to even replace it.

I bought a similar product in US for neck its getting cold and works perfectly, however this product after keeping it throughout the night in refrigerator doesn’t get cold.

Pathetic product dosent even cool or heat as compared to local packs available . Dont waste money plus no returns available i would have returned the very next moment.

Totally fake product pearls wear only half filled .the heat only lasts for like barely 2 minutes

As per the headline, this product is not by Thera Pearl. I bought it as a replacement for one I already had and it is completely different and if feels very cheap and doesn't work that well (see photo for the difference). Amazon should not allow these fakes to be sold - especially from themselves directly (let alone a market trader)

Not happy with this at all. At first it’s seemed like a godsend but with 3 uses it got little holes in it all over and the seams started coming apart and leaking the little blue gel things everywhere. It was used as the instructions directed. I’ve bought 3 of these now and they all seem to have the same defect. Can’t seem to get ANY response from the seller so all my money down the drain.

I suffer from shin splint pain and wanted something to cool my shins when they hurt. The cooling packs are great. The straps hold in place really well and have a good adjustability range. They are comfortable to wear and easy to attach. You can still move easily with them on. Much better than ice packs you have to hold in place. It's really helped with the pain.There are just two key negative points- they don't stay very cool for as long as traditional ice packs.- they do drip a bit from any ice and condensation on the outside when freezing.I would however recommend.

I suffer from shin splints. All it takes is a light jog for a couple minutes and I'll get them. Having started to do crossfit and 5 a side football once a week I finally looked into finding an answer to my problem. I use a combination or calf compression sleeves, orthotic insoles and these pearl ice packs. (Right after exercise). They have made a huuuuge difference. They are secure and easy to use. I very rarely write product reviews, but on this occasion, given how much they have helped, how could I not?! Thank you!

I bought my first one of these from Boots the Chemist. It worked really well on my damaged knee and so I bought another two from Amazon. HOWEVER the 2 packs I received both iced up !!! What I mean is that when the Boots pack had been in the freezer the little gel beads are ice cold but they are still mobile throughout the clear plastic pouches and so mould to your knee.These clear plastic pouches seem to have been manufactured in normal air so all the moisture in the plastic pouches then freezes and binds the gel balls and it becomes a solid lump and doesn't mould to your knee. You have to wait till it defrosts a bit and then pull and push it into shape.The pouches look identical but it's obvious there's a world of difference in quality
