I looked everwhere to buy these at Target, Walmart, Costco -- no one had plastic mugs. These are for my mother who is very frail and has trouble holding heavy items.They are dishwasher safe and microwave safe. Our old ones melted and these are sturdy.I will purchase again.

I am sorry to write a bad review because they were just what I wanted. They were advertised as dishwasher and microwave safe...however two of them have cracked and dripped hot coffee on me, two others have signs of cracking and two are okay... Probably because they have been used less frequently.

Hardly fine china but very nice looking, safe for mom, and microwave safe; I love them! Amazon refused to post the review because it was so short, which I think is silly - how much more can I saw about plastic cups? So I added this and hit "submit" to see if they use a computer to screen out short reviews or actually have someone read them.

I have ordered 2 sets of these mugs for my aged mother. They are virtually indestructible, which is great for anyone who has a predisposition to dropping things. I have had the first set for about 4 months now, and they have not chipped, stained or broken. Safe in both the microwave and dishwasher. A family friend told me how much she liked them so I will be ordering her a set as well. The product arrived on time and in great condition. I would recommend them to anyone.

These are not microwave safe. The bottoms of five out of six cups have cracked out after 6 weeks of ownership. Plus appears I can no longer return for refund.

I'm very impressed with these cups. I was curious which held heat better these or a typical ceramic cup. I thought for sure the ceramic would win..... Nope these cups held heat better. I measured as soon as I poured the coffee in and it was a immediate 10° difference. That 10 ° stayed fairly consistent as the temperature fell over the next 15 minutes. Definitely worth the money.

These cups are perfect for people who need a very lightweight cup. I'm thinking of the very elderly or people with Parkinson's. They are super lightweight and easy to clean. No tea or coffee stains if left sitting too long.

Unbreakable so great for camping. A good size. I don't like a giant cup as your coffee cools too quickly. And if it does cool I am able to heat in the microwave without adding any weird taste to my coffee..
