It introduces the concepts of operating conditions, loadline, biasing techniques, and amplifier classes.Chapter 4: “Integrated push-pull vacuum tube amplifier” goes into the details of designing an integrated push-pull vacuum tube amplifier. It discusses the single-ended and push-pull configurations, the various needed stages (power, phase-split, and input stages), and global negative feedback.Chapter 5: “Power supply unit” discusses how to build the power supply unit for a vacuum tube amplifier. Everyday reference book for basic Tube Amp design
I liked the straight forward review of Tube Amp design with examples. I would have appreciated an index for easier reference(ex .... push pull mop, single ended amp, biassing etc. Although I don't know if an index is really appropriate for this type of educational book. I use this for basic tube amp design and build.

Great introduction
This book assumes that one has an understanding of electrical basics. If you do not, I suggest starting with "Vacuum Tube Amplifier Basics" which covers electrical fundamentals. "Design of an Integrated Push-Pull Tube Amplifier Made Easy" goes much further into the design and operation of tube amplifiers without dragging one through more formulas and tube theory than necessary. I learned a lot from this book. My only complaint is that the charts and graphs are a bit small for my old eyes.

Consice, understandable. An excellent guide by way of examples, and digestible principles.
This guide tied all of the other books I have together, and in clear presentation, really helped me make sense of what can be a daunting task. A very useful supplement and starting point for those of us who want to explore designing our own amplifiers. Great job. Thanks Guiseppe!

Finally understandable, just like the title tells you
Since a long time I was searching for an understandable book, to try and figure out how my small tube amp is working. My tube amp has the same tubes as mentioned in chapter 6 of this book, and I could not find anything until a few days ago I saw this book. Great info, simply explained. Very understandable.
