Big
Purchased: £11.99I don't have any real issues with the bulb itself, but I probably should have read the description closer, or thought about what a 30W LED bulb entails given typical LED bulbs are somewhere between 2 and 8W.It's large, too large to fit in a desk lamp with a small shade. Also, it's bright, too bright to have anywhere you can see the bulb.As others have pointed out, it does get hot, but certainly a lot less hot than a traditional incandescent, so I don't see the issue here. The front also isn't covered, and while I wouldn't want to touch the visible circuit board when it is on, in fairness glass would block the UV light so it's clear why they left it like this.Overall I imagine it makes plants happy, it certainly kicks out enough light.
