This candy is great! I use it to put in my mocha--so good! So much better than peppermint syrup or peppermint extract. And there's no artificial flavor or colors!

I read all of the reviews about this crushed peppermint. It is really delicious and perfect for baked goods and candy. I made the peppermint bark recipe on the back of the package. It came out absolutely divine. Not sticky! Perfect size little pieces. You could crush it more with a rolling pin if needed. It's very pretty, as well. I will continue to buy from this seller. Package is 8 ounces, but it's quite a lot. I'd say it's worth every penny and reasonably priced.

I ordered these as a topping for a hot cocoa bar. The ingredients are much cleaner than other brands, which is why I chose them. They were just pepperminty enough without overwhelming the palate. It didn’t take much more than a spoonful (I used the larger size of the two spoons that came with our IKEA flatware) sprinkle to add delightful peppermint flavor to a cup of cocoa. They didn’t all melt in the cocoa, which was fine because they came crushed at a small enough size to add a nice crunch. I would order these again. They’d be great for brownie toppings, chocolate covered pretzel rods and bark as well.

These crushed peppermint candies (red and white) are just the right size for baking. They are very minty and should be good in cakes, cookies, bars, sprinkled on top of desserts. Although they didn't arrive "overnight", they arrived in a timely manner once I found that they had been placed in a drop bag by the entrance to my building, not "in the mail room". Enjoy these bits of minty crunch. Bonus is that these bits are gluten free. So many sweets are not gluten free in America and it is appreciated.
