The results were made available in days as promised. The tests sample was simply done. An awesome guide to nutritional uptake that may work hand and hand with a methylation panel, such as I've had. It is best too, and I will be, retesting in the future to see the effect dietary changes based on the results have made.

Easy to use. Got the results back super fast. Showed the things I not absorbing well which coincides with what I already know about my health/diet.

I was so excited about this test. I was feeling not the best and am currently going through menopause. I got the results after taking this test and loved the app etc. it seems very informative. I also happened to get bloodwork done at my Dr’s request. My results showed a severe vit d deficiency. But the 5Strands test showed no issues at all with this vit. Very disappointed and feel like it was a waste of money. I will go to the dr from now on for health information moving forward.I would like to say though that this brand has an amazing dog allergy test that changed my dogs life! It indicated all of his allergies and we changed his food and all his issues cleared up.

Great products and the customer serice is amazing. It heped me find the unexplained missing problems.But you must cut things ourt of the diet to get better.

My sample was lost in the mail, and I did not follow directions and take a photo of the tracking to find my sample. I was very thankful when Sherrie from 5Strands reached out to me to check on my sample. They were able to pull a sample from another test kit that I had purchased. I can’t explain how supported I felt and grateful I was to have the outreach and follow through!I will continue to recommend this to friends and family.

Let me be clear it is a good product and it was easy to use and the results are helpful.This is not a vitamin and mineral test for finding out the amount of vitamins and minerals in your body, it is a test for what vitamins and minerals your body has a hard time absorbing.Just felt a little misled by the other reviews I saw saying they were deficient or not in certain minerals, this will not tell you it you are deficient it will just show which you absorb easily and which you don’t absorb easily. (This is because only a blood test can test what you are actually deficient in)However, this is useful and I will be cross referencing with a blood test if this accurately predicted vitamins and minerals that I have a hard time absorbing are also what I am in fact deficient in.(Felt misled and made me think some reviews aren’t real because other users specifically said they were measuring deficiency. Maybe they just misunderstood the results. Maybe I also made a mistake, so if the business reaches out to me and explains it I will change my review to 4 stars because I did have a good experience overall and I own a business myself and know my customers misunderstand things I say all the time)

Easy test to do, and a great way to see if you lack nutrients. I have been guessing before, I thought I was lacking iron, but it turns out I was low in copper. Would never have known, if I didn’t try this test. Easy instructions, fast reply. Very happy with my purchase so I bought an extra test for a family member.
