Grossly overpriced with the exorbitant shipping charge
The box containing the two bags of flour was very difficult to open and impossible to fold for recycling without butting it into smaller pieces.The flour must be poured into another container since the bags it arrived in are too small to use for measuring out multiple cups of flour.The flavor it adds to bread is minimal; it should be more noticeable in the baked loaf.I strongly recommend that you find another seller of sprouted white flour.
