Q: With the Spandex, do these run hot/warm to wear?

They don’t feel hot. They are loose fitting.

Q: Are they seamless in the inside?

I don’t believe so. They look serged to me.

It’s regular length, slightly on the long side. This is a great exercise shirt, it’s lightweight and not too clingy. I have it in two colors: black and army green.

Q: Does this cover your armpits?

Yes, it does. It was a little big but shrunk a tiny bit. I was skeptical but it is a soft Tshirt and fits great. I use it to go with Lululemon army colored leggings for workouts.
