Unique Personalized Gift
The media could not be loaded. Bought this as a gift to give to my Realtor. The face image printed on the ball is a bit blurry.FYI on processing time: Purchased March 31,2021 arrived 15 days later April 15th all within the USA.

This is so cool
I got 2 of these done for my niece. One had a picture of her head (Make sure to take the time to line any pictures you want inside the boundary's given) and the other one had the words " This is Ann's ball" on it. Both are tennis balls, that I did notice that the brighter colors showed better. As for the head shot, the colors were lighter browns and skin tones so it didn't pop out at you BUT there was no problem with the print/picture.

Broken gift box
Got it with the gift box and it came smashed and cracked. I contacted the customer service and haven't heard back. It's been months now.... The ball is awesome just don't get the box with it. Get your own

Now my nephew’s favorite aunt
Bought a few of these for my nephew. He was over the moon. I got SOOOO many hugs. One of the photos and caption was slightly “off color,” especially considering how young my nephew looked in the one photograph. The manufacturer emailed me to confirm the caption I had written. Great, speedy communication and quick shipping. The upload and design process requires a bit of focus and patience. Hang in there. It’s worth the time.
