Fixed my shagging chair cushion at a quarter of the price the manufacturer quoted.

I bought this to replace a cushion on the back of my old Ikea Ektorp sofa (which they no longer sell). The old cushion was saggy and too soft, but this one is the exact opposite. It's almost painfully square and hard, and it took some work to get it into the canvas zip cover. Because the side cushions are also wearing - though not as bad as the center - this foam is 4" higher than the cushions on either side. It's also uncomfortably firm, though I'm hoping we'll eventually beat it down.

I am using this product for my outdoor chairs and it is very nice and thick. I have had them now for several weeks and they are holding up well. They have not caved in at all. They are much nicer than my old ones, which caved in after only a few weeks. The cushions feel sort of weird when you sit on them, like an uneven feeling. I have to keep rotating them upside down every few days so they feel better. The cushions are on the firm side, so if you want softness, these are not for you. All in all, I am glad I purchased them because I have a bad back and the firmness really helps my sciatic issues.

This is my second time purchasing from this company. Both times I have been very pleased with the cushions. They are very supportive and nice to give life to my older sofa. The last set probably only had a 3-4yr life on them BUT our daughter is the size of a small adult and she is ROUGH on our furniture so it got PLENTY of wear. I’m sure it didn’t help that the springs are starting to give since the sofa is almost 16 years old at this point. Trying to make this sofa last until she is done flopping/jumping on it 🤣

I loved the cushion, good quality, good price. I just couldn't figure out how to contact the seller so I could get a custom size cut. It will be a replacement chair upholstery cushion, the foam on the original cushion deterioated.
