The ads says a medium should fit someone under 6foot . This wouldnt fit a small child. After trying to mould it it only really protected about the forst 3 teeth all the sides and rear of teeth were almost fully exposed. Very misleading especially when you cant retrun for a refund . Definitely wouldnt buy again.

Not too thick, easy to mold for comfort and a proper fit. My son loves the color.

Not a lot of material to mould over the pre-molars and feels like just an expensive piece of plastic with a lot of marketing. Definitely takes a few tries to mould it snugly so just keep redoing it until it fits well. It is though much more comfortable and breathable than other brands. I used it for jiu jitsu and light boxing sparring. Definitely would get a much thicker one for heavy sparring.

2 of my daughters are avid field hockey players and this is the only mouth guard they use because they like how thin it is. It doesn't shred as easily like other brands and both of my daughters were able to use this one when they had braces.

I have 3 lacrosse players, and they all use these!
