A lost Metal Masterpiece
How did this never get to be huge? What a great year 1980 was for metal / hard rock. To my ears this album sounds like a mix of Riot and early Saxon. Forearm Smash rules!! Don't hesitate, it's awesome from start to finish. Yes it's more metallic than the legendary Budgie albums but that's OK!

Power metal
One of the early pioneers of the British metal scene of the 70s/80s that were at the top of their game. They never really broke big here but had a cult following, this record was by far in my opinion their heaviest. Mixing riffs, pounding bass and drums all into one molten metal musical genre we call metal. No weak song here on this most metal effort, highly recommended if you're into the NWOBHM music but are not familiar with Budgie!

Budgie at their best
This was cutting edge, Marshall's turned up to 11, heavy metal in it's day. If you like British metal from the early 80's, I think this album has to be in your collection. The guitar tone alone is worth the price. And the sustain, you can go out to lunch and you'll still be hearin those notes.

Much better than I expected
Wasn't going to buy this due to the change of guitarist but Williams is excellent and this album is great. Plenty of riffing, less acoustic than normal, a really strong album

Good album, but expensive!
Great Budgie LP with great riffs as is usual for the band. However the cost of this CD is quite a bit overpriced.
