I love the jacket so far with one exception, the collar is too stiff does not lay down and feels hard when my chin touches it. This jacket is warm and even when not turned on keeps me warm. Love the material again except the collar part.

I got this jacket to stay warm during the freezing, late fall football games! After using it for 1 1/2 seasons, I can say it is a very good jacket. It warms up quick, has 3 heat settings, and lasts the entire football game and even after. The only thing I am not a fan of is that the sleeves aren't very movable, I feel sort of constricted in them. The jacket is even slightly big for me, it's just the fabric being waterproof that makes it tough.Although the heat definitely helps, don't rely on this jacket for warmth if you are in freezing weather. I wear a cuddledud long sleeve under the heated jacket, and then a thick coat on the top.

I’ve never written a review before but this was my worst Amazon experience. I ordered this jacket and loved it, until it stopped working, well within warranty. I contacted customer service via phone and was ignored. Contacted again with email and was told to send a video. Sent a video and never heard back. Sent a follow up and still nothing. Have never been able to get ahold of the company.

Daughter loves it as she is cold all the time. Highly recommended for anyone who stays cold and/or works in a cold environment.

This is a great product. I only wish I could feel the warmth on the front like I do in the back. The only reason I don’t is because the jacket first fit close to my body unless I hold it there. But if it was a more form fitting jacket. I don’t think it would be comfortable. Over all the product is great. Long life on the battery and has kept me warm in many occasions.

I got the jacket on time and bought my usual size of xl and there is room for sweaters underneath. The heating on it works without issues and has 3 different lights for high med and low. I do wish it would get hotter than it does but I've seen that same issue with the majority of heating jackets so I think it's how they are suppose to be. I had one issue of thinking the charger I got wasn't the one Im the picture. It ended up being I was missing a peice for the charger. I contacted customer service and they replied within a day and were happy to send out another charger. They said it would take 2-4 business days and I received it the next day. Very happy with the overall experience. I would buy this jacket again from the same seller.

Very well constructed jacket and feels durable too. Much cheaper than the ORORO brand. The sizing chart is very accurate. So measure your own jacket (not body) and order accordingly.It packs a 12v battery and therefore has 3 heated zones (1 back and 2 front). However, the dedicated battery is expensive to replace - $89. I recommend that you stick to a reputable brand like Prosmart or ORORO - as you may need a replacement battery a few years down the track.I can now ride my scooter with 2 layers of clothing instead of 3!

I just love it, it heats up right away, true to my size, great quality . I would recommend it to anyone .

I really like my jacket. I'll use it more when riding my motorcycle. :)
