Awesome heavy duty food delivery bag
I'm a restaurant owner and have a few different insulated food carriers but I haven't been quite satisfied with the one's I currently have and decided to give this one a try...guess you really get what you pay for. This one costs more than my other ones but rightfully so. From the thickness of the insulation to the overall construction, this one definitely stands out. I started my business just six months ago so I was trying to keep my start up costs low, but now I realize I've ended up wasting money instead of saving by going with the cheaper options. The removable divider in the middle is also a great feature my other carriers don't have and I already have ideas on how I'm going to arrange my trays and containers all in this one container w/o worrying about them shifting around. I'll be using them later this week and will write an updated review after my first use.

Here's what you need to know
I purchased this to carry 10 proper half trays (13 1/2 X 9 1/2) trays for the holidays. They fit perfectly (5 on each side) without squeezing or smashing the trays. there was about an inch of space around the trays left over and they stacked well without any trouble closing the bag. They trays were heavy but the bag (handle and zipper) held up well. I separated each tray with a piece of cardboard and everything arrived in excellent condition. I put hot items on one side and cold trays on the other. The divider made it easy & retained temperatures well during hour travel. This is easily the best carry bag available. It's a "soft case" but holds it's shape, stands by itself and doesn't collapse while trying to load it up. If you don't want to keep replacing them, buy this item one time.

Great bags for Grubhub, UberEats, Postmates, Doordash
Great Delivery bag I bought this for Grubhub, UberEats, Postmates, DeliverThat and this works great to keep the food warm or cold for customers. I love the size and dividers and that you can hold multiple order bags. The customer support was awesome and respond quickly.If you do food delivery or catering these bags are so awesome and I am planning to buy a second one to replace some of my smaller or ones that broke from wear or tear. Having these for food or when I go to costco will be so good for me.

Etz Thermal 85 is the best tool to cater food
I just received my Etz Thermal 85! This is conducive to cater food. It will keep your food warm and nice as if you just took it out of the oven. Also, it is sizable and has a divider so it gives you more options. And there is a placeholder for a name tag on top. Overall, I would highly commend this to my friends and to small food business owners.

It is heavy duty
I rather enjoy this bag. I use it mostly for hot food delivery, but occasionally for cold groceries. It seems to work very well. It has been about a month and I haven't noticed any wear or issues. The insulation is quite thick. Mine was missing the divider initially. I had to email their support and they rushed one too me. So they are there if you need them. The bag is quite large. I'm sure my use of the bag isn't what it was designed for, but it works well all the same. I was able to fit 2 large pizzas in it. I had to bend the bag to do it, but it worked. Overall I have to say I quite like the bag.

Versatile And Large Food Carrier
I use this thermal delivery bag to take hot meals to my parents' home and to keep my cold grocery items safe when I can't get home right away after shopping. I also own other brands of thermal carriers, but this one is my favorite because it is so roomy that I can fit everything into one bag and it has handles on the ends as well as the top which makes it easy to lift when full. It holds lots of food, folks. It would be great when transporting dishes to large family gatherings, parties, etc. I love it!
