This was my second chair purchase searching for a tall office chair. I'm 6' 2" and finding a chair where the headrest actually hits my head is a difficult search.PROS:The headrest was the perfect height. I did have it at the highest setting, so I wouldn't recommend this chair for anyone above 6' 3" or so.Only sat in it for a few minutes, but it did feel comfortable. The arms are surprisingly soft for how they look.CONS:The back does NOT fully lock in place. I feel confident that I did not receive a defective model, as the back of the chair WILL "lock," but still give a good bit. I leaned all the way forward and pushed the lock in, but the chair would still lean back at least 2 inches. Not all the way back as when I pulled the lock out, but still a good couple inches. This effectively kills the ergonomic support and posture as the chair will not hold you upright.Also, the headrest is set very far back. So even when you sit up straight, and even when the chair gives about 2 inches back instead of locking upright, you have to lean your head further back to receive neck support.This isn't a big deal to me, as it still assembled fine and wasn't defective, but I've seen many reviewers note this on other chairs so I figured I should - it was packaged VERY poorly. One leg was sticking completely out of the box, and there were 2 other large tears in the box. When opened, there were multiple pieces free floating out of their respective packaging.

Got this the other day and one piece was damaged, the box was damaged also so not faulting the seller. Asked for a replacement and within 2 days a new one arrived. The chair is very comfortable. Love the head reset. It’s a bit hard but I have a gel cushion I use for my butt. It reclines easily and rolls easily in my floor mat. Assembly was simple and easy to follow iinsyruxtion. As you see only a few parts. overall very satisfied. I got it in a lighting deal and coupon for $50 so it’s a great purchase.

I brought this chair for my home office and I do work from home most of the days so, comfort is the key. This chair has completed all the requirements that I expected and it is so comfy for my back and no longer gets tired. The chair is very sturdy and was so easy to assemble according to guidelines that they provided with this chair. It has an adjustable armrest, seat height, neck rest and you can adjust back height and back tilt that surprised me a lot. The materials that chair has been made are really rich and durable. All in one chair for the valuable price, pleased with the chair so far and this chair looks handy as well.

The seat cushion was less that impressive. I do not believe it would have been comfortable. I wound up returning as it came missing the lever to elevate the chair and wouldn’t work.

Product is great. Really comfortable. I have a different office chair at work like the regular ones. I can feel the difference. Especially if you are like me spending a lot of time with the computer you'll like it. The air circulations is great, I don't sweat even tho I sit hours without standing. Recommend to any programmers.

This is a really comfortable chair for long work days. The seat is nicely cushioned and the lumbar and neck support both adjust for different heights. It seems sturdy and well made.

It was easy to assemble and came will all the tools needed to put it together. I like the seat of this chair as the cushion is soft. Also, the armrest contains a cushion. Overall all I like the quality and comfort this chair provides.
