Storelli ExoShield Head Guard, Military-Grade Head Protection, Foam Padding Headband, Official Headgear of US Club Soccer

Bought this for my husband who has taken up Pickle ball. He had a fall playing it & hit his head. Unfortunately, it did not knock any sense into him as he continues to play. He is almost 75yrs young but hey ho he is fit. He says it is very comfortable.

My daughter plays over 50’s hockey for West of England. The head guard is essential protective equipment and it fulfills the safety purpose for which it was designed.

My daughter fractured her skull in a hockey accident last year and lost confidence as a result. She is a talented 1st Team Club player and top scorer. With this protection she is now top scorer again already this season and full of confidence. Thank you

My son loves it. Comfortable. Wear it all the time when playing football and tennis. Protected his both Cochlear Implants and from the rain to keep them dry so he is able to hear things and communication with others. Would recommending to others.

My 10 yr old son has been wearing one of these Storelli Exoshield headgear for the last 1.5 yrs. I purchased for him to try and he really liked it. I have recently purchased the next size up for him. We live in a very humid tropical climate and it actually cools his head as the sweat evaporates off the band. We occassionally dose it with cold water and hit keeps his head cool. This cost of this Exoshield is a very small price to pay for banged and a bruised head, or possible concussion. While it is not advertised to eliminate concussions, it is great for kids to wear, just like a nice moldable mouth piece. I have seen too many heads banged, and teeth cracked to not invest in a simple headband like this. I am not sure exactly why they aren't mandatory for players at all ages. Worth the money for sure! Why this thing is $60 is beyond me! The price point is about 30-40 dollars too high. It should be about 20-30 at most. Non-adjustable and bad color since black absorbs heat. This is definitely a false sense of security. This thing would not prevent or reduce the likelihood of a concussion. It even has their disclaimer stating so in the package and head band itself. Concussions occur by the brain hitting the interior of the skull, thus causing bleeding and swelling. This thin cushion on this headband will do virtually nothing to protect. Hence, their disclaimer. This is equivalent to putting a towel on your front bumper and going 20 miles an hour into a wall and expecting it to not have any damage after impact. Ever seen or had a real football helmet in your hands? It has a hard shell plus about 2 inches of dense foam material lining it. Concussions happen all the time in football even with these on. Why? Because the brain inside the skull still is moving on a sudden stop impact, this striking the skull causing the damage. Protecting the outside with less than an inch of foam does realistically nothing for the brain to be protected. If you buy this expensive product, you are pretty much buying false hopes and security. Snake oil!

Really saved my clumsy daughter from concussions. Added bonus is that it’s good for catching sweat too. Also aesthetically spent look very different from a headband.
