I got this power supply back in December of 2018 I was very skeptical of purchasing a non OEM power supply but after a bit of research and reading some reviews I figured this supply looked like a really promising alternative and decided to give it a shot as it seemed that it would be worth it for the price point, I rarely get to play my Xbox as I work full time and when I am at home I have a pretty busy schedule as well, after about 4 months of very light use this power supply has completely bricked, no light at all. The last time I played it seemed to be working fine; no funny noises no orange light.... no warning signs what so ever, that was about 3 days ago now I attempt to turn my Xbox on and the supply is just dead, I have it connected to a surge protector that also has my TV, Nintendo switch and Sony surround sound system connected to it. All of my other electronics that are connected to the exact same surge protector are working perfectly fine so I am certain it was not due to any type of electrical surge, it seems though that the product is just simply not up to par in comparison to an OEM Supply (mine lasted for about 3 years before replacing it with this one).So final out comeWould I recommend you buy this product vs OEM? -NO, in the time it takes to kill one OEM supply you will have replace this thing multiple times.I am partially inclined to believe that maybe I just got a bad/defective supply as the other reviews seemed to be mostly positive, although the supply that I was sold had no reason to burn up after less than 6 months and I feel as though this was a complete waste of my money.If I am contacted by the seller I will update review.

Exactly 30 days into using this product it not only began smoking, but I had to quickly remove the product from the outlet so I would not cause a fire in my home. I strongly recommend not considering this company for any electronic usage. For its quality control could not only cause you to purchase another XBox, but it also could cause a fire in your home. Not mention if you purchase this product for your children to use on their XBox One and something begins to malfunction. Got a replacement for the broken one and 3 days later it was smoking! Do not buy!!!

Just randomly stopped working. Litterly was using it about less then 5 hours ago and now won’t turn on. Damn products made out of China. If I could give negative reviews I would.1) This is the noisiest brick in the world!! Had to turn tv volume to 50 just to hear Netflix.2) Ran very hot. Felt like it was going to burst into flames any second.3) Always had connectivity issues sonce I bought it a month ago... Had to jerry rig it to my Xbox4) NOISE NOISE NOISE! If you enjoy watching Netflix or gaming with a jet engine in the background then this is perfect for you.5) Xbox randomly shut off because this got too over heated 🙄

This came up as a suggestion when I was buying something else and I thought it'd be nice to have since I take my Xbox One X downstairs when we have company so we can play games. It's nice to have because it's one less thing to carry down and it works exactly like the original one. Glad it came up as a suggestion!

This supply brick was delivered today, and I'm already returning it. We plugged it in, and it ran just fine, but it was so high-pitched and loud we could only stand it for 20 minutes. Sending it right back today. Look elsewhere.

I ordered this power supply for xbox1. Within a week it shut down and would not work. Amazon replaced under warranty. Received replacement it lasted just over a month and it also shut down. Learned my lesson and will buy a better product.

I got my replacement brick on the 2nd of December. It died 10 days later. Using the warranty, I got a second replacement, which arrived on the 15th, and died today, the 19th.I am fairly disappointed, and am discouraged from buying any sort of third party Xbox accessory in the future.Also, for the super quiet version they advertised, this product was significantly louder than the original model.

I bought this for my son a couple months ago. It started to overheat and makes a buzzing noise 24/7. Now it does not work at all. I tried to enter the support team contact info to get it replaced or returned but it keeps referring me back to amazon. Hopefully they see my comment and contacts me.
