I needed spare batteries and this included a dual battery charger. All work fine. Good price point.

The main reason I chose this charging kit is it's USB powered and can be charged from a power bank or a vehicle power outlet unlike most camera chargers. The charge meter on the charger is a plus.While the batteries are rated 1800 mAh (vs 1060 mAh for an original Canon NB-6LH battery), they last slightly less than the original. However, the set costs less than half the price of a single Canon battery so it's definitely worth it.The length of the charger cable is the only thing that needs improvement as it's too short to place it anywhere while plugged into a wall outlet.

Looked at all batts and chargers on Amazon but went with powerextra as I have their batteries for my Milwaukee screwdriver and those worked great. Also, I liked the idea of the LCD charge screen over green dots on other chargers.....so you can monitor how much charge the batteries have taken.Received eveything quick and I have to say I'm impressed. The batteries just did a 10 minute video with no problem. The charger is cool in that it came with a USB cable to plug in to (or you can use any micro USB cable)...but lo and behold I flipped it over and it also has an integral short cable to charge as well...that is an awesome feature..esp when packing stuff in a small camera bag..The charger seems to be accurate. I took a fully charged Canon battery and popped it in charger and it read full. The I did a 2 minute video, popped it in, and it started charging.....Also like that the batteries came with secure caps for carrying.Will update this review if any issues pop up but for now I can say buy this package..it works great..thanks, harry

My old Canon camera had a rechargeable battery that seemed to have given up the ghost and wouldn't charge inside the camera. I saw on line that a replacement was as high as $51! This unit cost $18, included two batteries and a charger, and was certainly worth the risk. Both of the included batteries charged up perfectly, and the original battery even showed new life and charged up too. I'll probably never know if the battery life is sufficient since I use the camera to take eBay pics of items I'm selling once a week and all three charged batteries are within 18-inches of my little studio set up, so switching them out is hardly a problem. It did exactly what I hoped it would do for a tiny fraction of what I would have paid otherwise.

The battery which came with my Canon camera twelve years ago has started failing, and I needed to have a close supply of replacement batteries, as I do my photographic work far from home, and outside town. This set works very well indeed, with an adaptor that fits in the cigarette lighter source on the dashboard. I have been grateful to have purchased it several times lately when the original battery failed. At this point I have no way of knowing how long the battery life will be, but so far, so good.

I like the fact that these batteries are so economical and that they arrived so quickly. Since I started using them, I've found that they hold a charge very well and are comparable to the Canon batteries I've used before. I recently tried to order a Canon brand battery for my camera and had to wait weeks for it to arrive, while these Powerextra batteries were delivered in days at a fraction of the cost of the Canon.

My daughter was signed up for a week of photography camp so I lent her my old Canon. The battery must have been 10 years old and it wasn't very good anymore. With this she could have one battery ready to go, one charging, and one in the camera. It turns out that was a bit overkill, but a dead battery was not an issue she faced.

Works great. Batteries have great power and the charger is fast and has a nice display to indicate it’s charging status. Perfect fit for PowerShot camera.
