330001_1L Table Smoker Oven with Thermometer Stainless Steel + 1 Litre Burning Gel

Never smoked fish before, thinking that this is a rocket science.. However it is as easy as cooking any conventional food, using this smoker. I just put 4 rainbow trout in a brine for approx 10 h, followed by drying for another 10 h in a fridge (there are a lot of recipes in internet). Then, I smoked them using oak chips for about three hours. As a reward, I never tried such delicious smoked rich-flavoured fish. I used only about 200 ml of gel for three-hour heating the smoker. The only drawback is cleaning after smoking, it takes time. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who likes smoked fish.
