Great practice amp!
Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Compact, loud, built well. This little 8 inch sounds bigger than it looks. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good practice cab.

Great product
after looking at the picture on the Amazon website I thought this was just gonna be a little $75 piece of junk. But I was actually surprised it’s made very well and looks very professional and it sounds really good I was looking at the orange and the Peavey I can’t really say which one sounds the best but definitely the Randall sounds good and is made very well and is the cheapest of the 3

A beast in disguise.
I just received this cabinet yesterday, I connected it to my mesa boogie single rectifier head and all I have to say is wow. The speaker is only 35 watts and my head is running 50 watts. This combination is louder than I needed it to be and it screams! I have only found a few reviews about this cabinet, people talking about how it is a good bedroom volume cab. That is true, however I played with a full band & I could still drown people out. Depending on the genre you are after and how the setup goes will determine the value of this cabinet.I play in a reggae band, yes I use the infamous "metal" amp for reggae. I played with a drummer, bassist, and 2 guitarists including myself and this cabinet cut through with no problems. I used the clean channel for most of the night, the cabinet did not distort until I turned the gain knob up (obviously). The mesa fits my style and my guitars, I use passive and active humbuckers in all my guitars. I can't speak on single coils, but I'm sure it would sound just as good. I have not plugged it into any other amps, but a 50 watt will do just fine.

Big sound in a small 8" package
Always wanted this speaker as a pair to my EHX 5mm to be able to run various fx pedals and processor boards. It is the best compact sound solution that I can think of. Small box capable of getting across big sound volume. Ideal for bedroom practice, but capable to be quite loud if needed.

nice little speaker cabinet
I had this little speaker cabinet in my shopping cart for a while. Then, one day, the price nosedived to $46.56, and I grabbed one at that price. Seems like a relative bargain. The Orange single 8" speaker cabinet runes $99.95. This one seems quite solid and sounds decent. I actually had recently bought a Piggie IN A Box, which is a Pignose product, that can either be used as a guitar amp head, or a stomp box. The Piggie can be battery powered or you can buy a wall wort for it. I imagine the Randall must be made of some type of pressboard, but, you can't see inside it as it an enclosed box. I like the metal screen that covers the front. I bet this would be a good match for one the Orange Tiny Terror amp head, or one of the Hotone mini amp heads. I gave it 5 stars, as, for $46.56, it was a major bargain.

This thing is powerful!
This thing is amazing. Handles a lot of power and sounds phenomenal, given it's size. I'm about to embark on a little more tiny living and I needed a smaller rig. This fits the bill and fits into a milk crate. Perfect.

Cheap in quality.
Had to return this as the speaker magnet had fallen off during shipment. Very tiny and cheaply made. No excuse at this price point. Don't waste your money on this.

Just what the Doctor ordered.
I was in need of a small apartment practice/café guitar amp. Purchased a little all tube Bugera T5 head that's switchable from 5/1/0.1 W @4Ohms & needed an appropriate speaker cabinet. Grabbed up one of these Randall RG8's & a Celestion 15W 4 ohm replacement speaker.Just what the Doctor ordered.Leave 'em smiling!

Cheap and very good quality cabinet
This is a really good 8” cab and is at such a decent price (about $100 in 2021). Paired it up with my Joyo Jackman II amp head and now I feel like playing for hours!Trust me, this has a better speaker than the one on the more expensive 8” Vox BC108. On the latter one the bass was too pronounced, the highs were washed out, and overdrive was not very discernible. With the Randall, the sounds were more clear and enjoyable.I even hooked the Randall up to my 1990s Fender Frontman Reverb amp which has an 8-ohm external speaker jack. Despite the Frontman also having its own 8” speaker, the output to the Randall gave more warmth to the overly high-ended tone and gave it new life.I also hooked up my Vox Mini 5, which was modded with an external speaker jack. Despite the amp being only 4 ohms and the Randall being 8 ohms, the sounds on the hard rock settings were amazing. When I hooked the same amp to the Vox BC108 cabinet the bass was too strong and the rest sounded muffled. Also I want to point that the rear of the Randall cabinet has a handle so that it can easily be carried around.

This is the coolest little cab
It was a bit expensive but this is the only cab I could find with an 8" at 35 watts. Most of the brand name mini heads are 30 watts. I haven't had a chance to try it yet but it looks cool as hell. Very small, very lightweight. I am going to pair it with an Electro-Harmonix 5mm power amp pedal and a few nano pedals. Later on I plan on getting the Soldano SLO mini to go with it.Fun fact I learned online was a properly ported and sealed 1x8" can have better bass response than an open back 1x12"

Great mini cabinet for the mini amps
Great mini cabinet for the mini amps. High quality Randall speaker cabinet for the mini tube amps. Buy 2 cabinets to make it a mini full stack.

Best value speaker cabinet on the market
This is a perfect little speaker cab for home use. It's light yet solid and doesn't take up much space. I'm using it with a Joyo Zombie and it's a great pairing. This speaker actually has mid range and doesn't sound flat like a Celestion seventy 80 I had. It's loud for the size, not enough to shake the house but you'll definitely hear it. Anything after noon on the volume knob of the zombie and the speaker starts to get overwhelmed but the sweet spot is below that threshold. It produces nice bass and has no flubby sound at all. The clean channel also sounds clear. The first one I ordered had a slight crackle noise after playing low frequencies so I returned it which Amazon made easy and this replacement has no issues!
