No, only this version, it doesn't have any other version

How do you keep this from sliding on the attached rail since the screw tightening screw doesn’t hold it in place?

I couldn't make it tighten up. Slid fore and aft and loosened up easily. It doesn't have engagement with the picatinny rail grooves. Can't imagine why someone would 'accept that limitation' in critical applications.
