Very visible
Light weight and very visible from a long distance. Like it. Well constructed.

Very well built, fits as expected
I bought this vest to enhance visibility during my motorcycle and bicycle rides. It's impressively crafted, with pockets that are great for holding essentials like keys and phones, especially when wearing bulkier motorcycle attire beneath it.The vest had a noticeable smell upon unboxing, but it vanished after airing it out overnight.Take note of the sizing. Even though I typically wear a size M, I opted for L/XL, which snugly fits over my winter riding equipment.I highly endorse this product.

Safety first
I purchased my Problem Solve team vest for our department. We are in and out of various areas of the warehouse and it is important that safety is first. The reflective stripes work wonderfully. Items purchased (Small to XL) are true to size and we love the red color.

Wanna use this for motorcycling? Step up on the vest size
I wear a reflective vest most of the time when I ride my motorcycle. The vest I was using was getting ragged-y, but that was my fault for the most part; The vest had countless corpses of all manner of bugs splattered on it and I never took the vest into the house and cleaned it. However, the vest's zippered pocket broke, specifically the zipper itself. That was the final nail in the coffin for that vest. I commute to work on my motorcycle sometimes and I have to show a badge to enter the area I work in. The zippers of my motorcycle jacket's pockets are too tucked away to be able to unzip with motorcycling gloves on, so I decided to get a new vest and chose this one.Why all the ramble about zippers? It pertains to a reason I like this vest. This vest uses velcro to close some of it's pockets, and that is a huge boon for me. Mind, I haven't commuted to work on my motorcycle since I got this vest, but I have put on some bulky winter riding gloves, and was still able to easily open a velcro'd pocket and get my badge out much quicker than I ever could with a zippered pocket. So while I haven't wore this vest on a commute to work, I have been riding the very few weekends it hasn't been storming and raining here, and here's where the latter part of my review title comes into play.In terms of shirts, I wear XL. Motorcycle jackets, usually XL but I have one jacket that I had to go up to 2XL. So, I bought this vest in L/XL size. Yep, Large and Extra Large are consolidated into one size on this vest. The vest fits my torso nicely with just a shirt on. But with any of my bulky, armored motorcycle jackets on, the vest is very snug. Oh, I can still put the vest on and take it off without too much hassle, but it's a bit uncomfortable. And while this vest does have large mesh material areas, since it's so snug on my torso I don't think I'm getting as much airflow on my torso on motorcycle rides as I should be.Should I cough up for a 2XL sized vest? That question haunts me every time I throw this vest on. As I discussed, I like the pockets of this vest, so I'd stick with this particular vest if I got a larger one. My concern though, is will a 2XL size vest be TOO big for me? I definitely don't want a loose piece of cloth flapping around on my torso as I ride my motorcycle. So to recap my experiences: if you're considering this to put over a shirt or even a light jacket or coat, you should be fine with ordering the size you normally wear, especially if you ditched the jacket/coat for a sweater. If you need to wear this over heavy clothing, such as obviously a motorcycling jacket, or a heavy winter coat, I would advise getting one size larger than you'd normally wear for this vest.

Love this vest for e-bike riding. Roomy and comfortable.
I wanted a lightweight reflective safety vest for e-bike riding in the summer. After trying a couple more expensive stretchy biking vests that fit weird, I returned them and bought this vest. I love it! It's roomy, light and comfortable to wear over a t-shirt. All the pockets are great to have, and the reflectors work great at night for car headlights. I feel a lot safer, and more comfortable, wearling this light loose vest and a reflective helmet or hat while I'm riding. I would buy another when this one gets worn out.

Safety is #1
I'm an engineer and I work in a power plant. We don't have uniforms and the dress code is pretty lax but I like to dress professional. My Chief Engineer is the BEST!I look up to him and I always try to be like him!I noticed that he always wears a bright yellow safety vest so I decided I was going to get one too!I've had a few safety vests over the years but they were always cheap and they never lasted.I really lucked out when I got the Salzmann Multi-Pocket Safety Vest! It's like a safety vest on steroids!I'm not kidding! This vest is AWESOME!Somehow it's light-weight and heavy-duty at the same time! It's highly visible, reflective, it has tons of pockets and the zipper never snags! The zipper is key!All the safety vests I've had that closed with Velcro were terrible, they never stayed closed! There are to big pockets down by your waist, I fill them with a couple stubby screwdrivers and a bunch of locks and tags for Lockout Tagout. There are two more pockets on your chest. One has space for some pens but I slide my pocket protector and my "Business Analyst" calculator in there. The chest pocket on the other side is where I keep my I phone and it has clear sleeve on the outside of the pocket that is perfect for my employee ID so I can be easily identified. There is also an inside chest pocket where I keep a note pad. Also, there are loops on the shoulder where I attach a specially designed compact flashlight. The first day I wore the vest I passed the HVAC Tech in a tunnel. He said "You look like you mean business"!My Chief Engineer liked my vest too!I'm going to get him one for Christmas (his is looking a little ratty and it's not as good).I can't recommend this vest highly enough!
