This has worked for me for years of multiple martial arts, both striking and grappling oriented. I wear it to every class in every martial art, even ones like Judo where people often don't. The tuck-under aspect is really key to how effective it is. The waistband hasn't deteriorated even after a lot of use. Cleaning this by wiping it out with anti-bacterial wipes has worked very well, so I avoid washing it in the machine that way. All in all, an essential purchase.

Perfect fit and more protective than expected. Passes the hard cup test for HEMA sword fighting.

It's a regular Adidas groin protector works well when some idiot kicks your balls. Now you can take the hit and beat the crap out of him.

This is an excellent quality groin protector. I love the padding design and material. The front is relatively low profile so it’s not too bulky like some other brands. However, there is one problem with this - it curves too far down because it’s providing a lot of armor for the perineum area. This forces the legs to spread apart and when I walk I feel like I just got off riding a horse. If it didn’t have this extended area into the perineum it would be perfect.

Had a hard time finding a cup/supporter that fit well. This worked out great, stays in place and gives protection above and under important places.
