I chose this towel rail because of its open side and simple, strong fixing method that uses sliders that allow you to fix onto raw plugs between tile joints. It feels sturdy and looks elegant. Good product.

Lovely towel holder with hidden screw attachment. Stronger than expected.

I bought these for an AirBNB and installed them myself. They look ok and do the job but after a few months they have become wobbly. I had to take it off and tighten an internal screw to make them less wobbly, but I don't have confidence it will last too long. Ok for the price but if I was installing in my own home, I would probably spend a bit more and but better ones. The open ended design which I liked initially probably contributes to the lack of sturdiness. I would get a closed ring design next time.

This towel rail purchased along with the loo roll holder really upgrades our bathroom. Looks very classy,unusual and does the job well. If I had any negative, just that it does not have the decorative screw coverings like the loo holder which just adds another dimension.

Bought three of these to accommodate flannels and cloths in bathroom. Placed them one above the other around 10" apart. Very nice rails. Be careful to position away from face as the rail end would do serious damage. Also beware the fitting plate positions can differ between rails (very naughty).
