Had a contractor come out and tell me that it would cost over $500 to fix to the fireplace!!!I told them no thank you, found this part online and it Worked very well !!! Very nice to have the fireplace working again plus I saved a lot of money!!!

These are well priced, and a perfect fit in my fireplace insert.The first one lasted about 10 months before failing (metal tip burst).Hopefully this one will last much longer. Maybe my fault as I had turned up the pilot flame the first time. This time it's much lower.On the plus side, I'm getting much better / faster at installing these things in my mother's fireplace!

My fathers gas fireplace was having periodic issues with ignition... replaced this part and problem went away.

A perfect fit for the fireplace. Very easy to install once I got the fireplace apart.

Was a perfect replacement for the existing thermopile which was failing. My fireplace would start if the outside temperature was warm, or if I ran it through the start sequence twice. Replaced the thermopile with this unit and it started right up. Would definitely buy this again!
