well worth the purchase

Cheap poorly designed and completely unreliable and their customer service is appalling
Item arrived faulty, but this was not discovered until the patient needed to empty his bladder. The patient was in a lot of pain and distressed and eventually I had to intervene, but I could not turn the valve either. In the end we had to remove and replace it with a catheter bag. This set back progress with training and has lost the patients confidence. They have asked for it back but I have already sent it to the MDA as they didn't respond to my initial request for 3 days. In the End Amazon intervened and refunded me agreeing that I shouldn't be sending used urine soaked medical device through the post. Appalling service from MediSale Ltd

Had no problems with it
Read reviews on not being "ribbed" and slipping off. These are the same type issued by my Health Service in Ireland and I have had no problems with them.Only bought from Amazon as we're not in stock at my local pharmacy

Bard Flip Flo Valve x 1
Was told I could get these things on prescription but nobody seemed to have any stock. I thought why not try Amazon - and sur enough where it was. I worked pretty well - you have to make sure that it is connected tightly to the tube of the catheter. The ones on prescription are however better but better than nothing.

Leaky product
Bought several of these due to my ongoing condition but this one leaked, hoping its a freak one as last order was ok

They were very good, but catheter now removed so do Not need to use at present.

Not fit for purpose.
As others have said these valves have no ribbing on the connection to the catheter. Lasted about an hour before it worked itself off. One wet leg and trousers. GREAT!
