Stretchy. Seemed disproportionate somehow. To long or to wide or something? It was also lacking the finish you would expect from authentic cashmere. I'm not saying it is not, there may be many qualities of it. I do know this: I have a cashmere sweater I bought in Veil CO in 1990 and it still looks and feels better than this example of the art.

The scarf that arrived was very nicely packaged. The scarf itself is rather scratchy and feels more like wool than cashmere. I'm disappointed. I had recently purchased Wander Agio Women's Fashion Long Shawl Big Grid Winter Warm Lattice Large Scarf for 14.99 and loved it. I thought I'd treat myself to an even better, softer, and much more expensive scarf. I don't understand why this scarf is scratchy.

This is the real deal.. soft Cashmere. Not too thin. Good length.

Therefore all she knows is that she wants something against her skin that is soft and will last. This scarf is soft and medium weight. It looks like it will last. The refund/return policy is very good so you have nothing to lose. She just asked me to order another one for my mother.
