I thought I wouldn’t receive this product before Christmas, the estimated delivery was so far out! I kept checking every single day to see any updates and there were never and shipping updates! I even used a different app for China Post. I received my order before the estimated date!! It was such a nice surprise. I ordered 2 different colored bracelets for the same purpose and was worried they would not be the same exact style (clasp.) The font is small, but I absolutely love the outcome. So excited! The only thing I would change is the engraving technique on the rose gold colored bracelet, as it doesn’t stand out as much as it does on the black one! But that one is mine, it doesn’t matter as much as the black one, which is a gift... I would also like to point out that I did two lines on the front, one of which is in Arabic calligraphy and it turned out great! There is nothing messed up in the calligraphy, which I was also worried about. Also, for anyone who wants to order, when you are customizing your order, the box in which your font and words appear seems all jumbled together, but that’s not something to worry about. The seller will see your text and make it fit according to the size of the bracelet you choose. I chose the wider plate for 2 lines. It’s great! Took a little over a week to come but it is custom so it was ok it is thick and durable I take showers with it on and it’s still in tack

The style and color of the bracelet are great. However, the clasp is poor and I had to use pliers to bend or tighten the space to ensure it doesn't accidentally come loose. Other than the clasp it really like it. The printing on the face is clear and exactly what I requested--even down to the colon, exclamation point and the quotes. Thanks
