Lemon Bars
These Betty Crocker lemon bars are the best! Everyone in our family loves them. They are easy to make as well. I rate them 10/10

Great lemon cake
Perfect balance of sweet and tart lemon flavor. Excellent texture/crumb.

Too sweet!
I thought the filling for these bars tasted too sweet, and I didn’t even add powdered sugar on the top. On the other hand, the two children and one adult who also had the bars loved them. They do have a good lemon flavor. The bars are easy to prepare and come with two mixes: one for the crust, and one for the filling. You first bake the crust in the pan for about ten minutes, with no additions added to the crust mix. Next, you add the filling and bake again for about 40 minutes. For the filling, you beat the mix with water and three eggs—no blender needed.
