Really nice ramen. I love that it does not have all of the additives that typical ramens do. People unfamiliar with "health food style noodles" may find the noodles to be less robust (chewy) than what they are used to, but it still delivers a decent bite. This spicy beef flavor is spicy/hot relative to a non-spicy version. Spice fiends will probably find it mildish. Overall great flavor.

This stuff is delicious. I like to mix mines with an hard boiled egg, the size is well proportioned for a quick and simple meal, tasty and has the right amount of heat its worth the dime. Texture el dente. Quality is unmatched. I’m always looking to increase protein and this fits the bill. I’ll definitely purchase this again.

So, I got these for my daughter, who is now in college. She has a gluten intolerance and loves ramen. These are quick to make and pretty tasty as well. The only thing I didn't like was the flavor after it was cool. These are best when eaten while piping hot!

These are really tasty! I’ve tried all kinds of ramen noodles and they all have their positives and negatives but these are tasty! They’re really not that spicy but they do have good rich flavor. I would e given them 5 stars but the noodles are kinda spaghetti like more than they are ramen like. Overall though I’m happy with my purchase!

Maybe it is just me, but I find this ramen to be pretty one dimensional. It is definitely spicy, and the noodles are OK, but there is just not a lot of flavor in the broth. I bought the six pack and have eaten two of them. The other four are sitting in my pantry. I will eventually eat them, but would not reorder. You may enjoy a different type of flavor than me...so bear in mind this is my personal taste. The price was a good value. I just wish I liked it better.

Yuck. Small amount of noodles, dry flavor packet is miniscule, and mystery oil packet is still a mystery. Tried 2 bowls, one according to directions, 2nd with an egg, soy sauce ,scallions. Still yuck, subpar from other brands. Sorry Mike, just not good.

UPDATE: I bought the same soup cup in the supermarket and it was delicious! I tried another cup from the 6-pack that I received from Amazon and it was very good. It appears that maybe every now and then one of the flavor packets doesn't get filled with enough spices etc. That might explain why the one I first tried was so watery and flavorless. I communicated this to the company and they were very interested in correcting any problems and were very attentive to my information on lot numbers etc. All in all, I think this is an excellent ramen and I will order again. Old review: I saw all the positive reviews and was excited to try the beef noodles cup. I followed the instructions exactly and the noodles were not cooked enough and the broth was very bland and watery. I was very surprised that the broth was so bad considering all the positive reviews. I have tried many other instant noodle products and this one is my least favorite. I really wanted to like these noodles because they are not-fried and organic and the broth contain less salt. I am wondering if I received a bad batch. The broth does not seem to be "ridiculously rich" to me. I will not order them again.

Since the pandemic has broken supply chains I've been trying alternate cup ramen/noodle soups. I figured since "cheap" ramen is now expensive, why not buy some of the "expensive" stuff instead? Big mistake. These Mike's Might Good cups are *tiny*. They have about 2 bites (56g) in them. They're not just expensive, they're super expensive (per gram) and they're tedious to make since you have to make so many. The meager amount of noodles you do get *are* good. But the flavor packet/oil is nothing to write home about. Avoid buying these if you're looking for a meal.
