33 Baldrian® Original Natural Relaxing Support Standardized Valerian (250)

I first found Baldrian years ago, suggested by a chiropractor for whiplash from a car accident. It took the pain so completely I thought I didn't need it and stopped taking it, only to be in horrible pain about 30 minutes after I was supposed to take more. I took it again right away, and the pain disappeared quickly.My mom has talked someone who believes in western medicine only into trying this in place of prescription muscle relaxers. He was doubtful and at first refused, but when his prescription ran low, he tried it and was impressed.I try to always keep a supply of Baldrian or Baldrian Plus at all times because when you need it, you need it right away.

I have used this product for years. It has only gotten better through the years. It now contains magnesium citrate which helps regulate me.

This is an awesome product. I use it almost every night to help me sleep. It has magnesium in it to help relax the muscles. Sometimes I use it in the day to ease the stress. It calms without making you feel impaired. i have tried other brands. They are not the same. This formulation is far superior to others.

I have problems with back, knees and shoulder s and this helps relax everything. Also use an ice pack along with it.

Does what it is supposed to do.

Heard this is a better option than ibuprophen so trying !! Dont need it often but will give it a shot

Works as advertised! Great for relaxing muscle, helps with sleep too.
