If you droppec this from a 2-3 story building, would it break open?

This case isn’t milspec, the Plano cases that are milspec state so in the title and are approximately 3x the price of this one. Funny how many ignorant civilians answered this question making fun of the “2-3 story” drop question. This is a very relevant question if this case is to be used to store firearms that might be tossed out of an aircraft.

Is the foam pre cut. Or can i customize?

Yes you can still cut it to fit your rifle(s). I have this case and fit two 18" AR's with scopes, 2 mags and 4 boxes of 7.62x39 ammo as well. I was able to use a sharp non-serrated knife and cut it accordingly. Doesn't matter if it is "pluckable" foam or not, it will cut.

Anyone know the internal dimensions?

Internal is 51.5 inches long, 14" across. Depth on the bottom is 3.25" and top depth is 1.75. There are cutouts for the wheel - see the product pic - inside and each is 2"x2" approx. I fit a scoped SKS and scoped Marlin 1894 Cowboy in there with 40 rounds of ammo for each. Hope this helps.

Is It possible to order just the foam insert that you shape to the gun? I'm refiguring the layout and could start all over with just a new foam insert

You can get pick and pluck foam on Amazon from a different seller/brand. Just make sure to follow the dimensions. You can always order foam that is larger than the case and cut it to length/width. Hope this helps!
