First, I want to say the chair is really good for the price. The build quality is decent and the cushion is comfortable. The issue I had is that some of the instructions are missing. Like everyone else, I installed the foot pump wrong. To install the foot pump correctly, place the metal ends the opposite of the square metal plate (circled red in my image). The other issue I had is placing the arm rest correctly. The deep metal holes must face you so that the screws go all the way in and you are able to put the plastic chrome caps over. You have to kinda shove the cap in since it's a tight fit. The flaw with this chair is that the arm rest holes don't aligne well with the chairs holes. I had to use an impact driver to get the screws completely in. Overall, it's good salon chair that's why I give it 4 stars.

It’s very comfortable, but has to be tightened all over about every other week. I’m a very busy hairdresser, and this chair just has a hard time. It’s top heavy, and the base isn’t big enough. Anytime the chair is extended all the way up and my client leans forward the chair wants to flip over.

Very nice chairs and good quality. Comfortable also but they really light weight,not stabilized .... ring base is smaller than standard and I can’t find rubber protection that would protect floor and protect chair from moving. Seller also never answer my question where can I buy rubber protection ring,protection rubber should be included with purchase.

Very sturdy and easy to assemble. The seat is really firm. Hopefully with use it gets softer.

The instructions weren't helpful when trying to attach the foot adjustment (to raise and lower the stool). I had to look at the pictures to figure it out. Not super intuitive but overall a good sturdy chair once properly assembled.

Like my chair but I dont like that the end of the hand rails are sharp and cant cover them done been got one time by them

This chair is a bit harder than I had expected to put together. Also the bolts holes on the bottom were not alined properly. I wasn’t able to put the last bolt in. Thankfully the others hold the chair well enough.
