Disappointed with lack of illustrations in it for a cookbook. More gluten free recipes would also be good.

These recipes were tested by the author and the author's network of foodie friends. A great collection to take you through every meal and provide carnivores with great options to prepare for their friends who have allergies and are vegans. best part - no compromise on flavor. Check out Rebecca's You Tube channel and you will see the commitment to great food.

We bought this to share between a group of people learning about nutrition and food security. As several people are vegan we wanted to expand what they could use to created varied recipes and this has been very excitedly received.
